What is going on at the Trepanier Manor development in Peachland?

What a joke at Trepanier Manor. Why don’t you interview Scott Wilshaw about not paying all his bills and screwing over his partners!! Great job Peachland electing this clown Businessman of the Year….what a joke
Scott Wilshaw at Trepanier Manor is too busy getting sued by everyone else to even have time to bother with me!!! Listen closely, I’ll type this slowly so you can comprehend…..Scott Wilshaw, a cook, and a blatant snake oil salesman doesn’t have 2 pennies to rub together. This entire farce called Trepanier Manor has failed…the bank is foreclosing…everyone loses!! The reason the negativety surrounds Wilshaw is because he brings it on….again, Scotty made his bed..time to sleep in it.
Theresa: “try and build a luxury hotel” – HaHaHa – Wilshaw is trying! He does not know the first thing about how to build a hotel. He is no professional, he is stupid. He was fired from all his former employers and he adorns himself with borrowed plumes.
Theresa: “has not broken any law” – HaHaHa – the Supreme Court convicted him of “false and misleading information” and he does not follow the rules and local bylaws. Where is the promised water reservoir, why are the cottages and the hotel bigger than specified in the development permit? Wilshaw is known for going ahead without approval.
Theresa: “people of Okanagan … crucify him” – Bravo people of the Okanagan – Scott Wilshaw is an arrogant, stupid, person with his British “low-class” accent. You poor bastard donkey arse bugger.
Theresa: “cant believe the negativity that surrounds him” – Scott Wilshaw has created the negativity himself. He has brainwashed people in the Okanagan but now they realize that he is an impostor and crook. Little advise, go back to your pots and pans.
Friends invested a few years ago when Wilshaw managed to build up some hype. Still invested. Would have been better off setting the money on fire.
Matcon Construction Ltd. is suing him for Millions! Several other pending lawsuits! Fraud cases! Long Delays! Construction was supposed to start in 2006 but there is not even a footing yet. It certainly hasn’t been the “get ‘um before they are gone” project that it was touted to be.
Cardan Construction would be stupid to get involved with this “Disaster Manor” project.
Trepanier Manor is shortly before going into receivership. Business partners are gone and the development is falling apart. Where is the Relais & Châteaux membership Wilshaw promised – I guess they don’t take windbags.
The Trepanier Manor project is a disaster.
Wilshaw came up with this insane scheme – is the worst development ever – a disaster and long overdue.
Wilshaw couldn’t speak an honest word if his life depended on it. His double talk speaks for his profits only – all others are getting ripped off.
Wilshaw: “Residents are invited to the MacKinnon Road site for Trepanier Manor to see our entranceway, take a tour of the luxury show home”
Go – have a look – the entrance is crap and unfinished – the waterfall a joke and unfinished, the pond a stinking mosquito hole, the gate so cheap it doesn’t even fit, no style, the show home is a small crappy shack and all the other cottages will be so close together – the only privacy is behind a wall, no view, a lot of traffic, a lot of noise, overpriced ….
The plan was to create a hype – push the hotel – sell it, take the profit and leave Peachlanders with a pile of shards.
Wilshaw went from President to Director to Hotelier to Businessmen of the year, what a joke, to company official to landscaper to windbag.
He is not able to do it. No experience, no knowledge. He is just a smooth talking imposter. An everybody in Peachland and the Okanagan knows that.
Give up, Scott Wilshaw because most of us aren’t listening to your crap anymore.
